Defence Command Denmark 

Defence Command Denmark is the military command authority of the Armed Forces. Together with the four other authorities under the Minister of Defence, i.e. for Material & Equiment, for Buildings & Facilities and for Finance, it forms the Danish Defence with its approximately 20.000 men and women.

Defence Command Denmark is commanded by the Chief of Defence with his Deputy Chief of Defence. The Chief of Defence is responsible for the command and control of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force.

The Defence Command holds an Operations Staff, the Planning & Coordination Staff, the Army Staff, the Navy Staff, the Air Force Staff, the Arctic Command and the Special Operations Command.
