Defence Command Denmark
Defence Command Denmark is an agency under the Danish Ministry of Defence. It is the overall authority for 23,000 men and women in the Danish Armed Forces.

Defence Command Denmark is an agency under the Ministry of Defence. It is the supreme military commanding authority of the Danish Armed Forces. Defence Command Denmark consists of the Chief of Defence with staffs.

The Chief of Defence is the chief military advisor for the Minister of Defence.

The Chief of Defence is the head of the Defence Command. To lead and to carry out the numerous tasks of the Armed Forces, the Defence Command comprises an Operations Staff, a Planning Staff and three service staffs i.e. the Army Staff, the Naval Staff and the Air Force Staff. Furthermore, the Defence Command consists of the Arctic Command and the Special Operations Command.
